Lifestyle Medicine habits and behaviors (physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, etc.) have a dramatic influence on preventing, improving, managing, and in many cases, reversing chronic conditions. 

 

Get ready for some fun 3-5 day challenges where we can inspire positive momentum and movement physically, mentally, personally, and professionally through simplified daily habits. The GOAL is to JUST START, 1 tiny habit at a time. There’s NO RUSH, and NO COMPARING yourself to others in this judgement-free zone. Oh, and don’t forget to laugh a lot. Humor equals Health!
