Lifestyle Medicine habits and behaviors (physical activity, nutrition, sleep, stress management, etc.) have a dramatic influence on preventing, improving, managing, and in many cases, reversing chronic conditions. 

 

Together we can inspire positive momentum and movement physically, mentally, personally, and professionally through simplified daily habits. The GOAL is to JUST START, 1 tiny habit at a time. There’s NO RUSH, and NO COMPARING yourself to others in this judgement-free zone. Oh, and don’t forget to laugh a lot. Humor equals Health!
